Basic equipment package

If students wish to receive the discounted tuition at Southwest Airsports, they must purchase the following basic equipment.  For descriptions and approximate cost of equipment see these pages:  Paragliding     or     Powered paragliding

• paraglider, new or used
  
• harness, new or used (PG only)
  
• reserve specifically for PG or PPG
  
• radio setup
  
• foot stirrup (optional for PPG but recommended)
  
• hook knife
  
• paramotor, new or used (PPG only)
  
• helmet specifically for PG or PPG

All students must purchase the appropriate textbook for their P2 or PPG2 training from the respective publisher.
